- Pet profile information – such as your pet’s name, photo, medical notes, allergies, vet details and any other information you choose to include in the pet profile.

- Order, payment and transaction details – such as the products you ordered, the date and time of the order, payment method and basic billing details. Card payments are processed securely by our chosen payment provider; we do not store full card details on our own systems.
- Technical and usage information – such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages and error logs. This may be collected through cookies, server logs and similar technologies.
- Communication information – copies of emails or messages you send to us, and any information you provide when contacting our support team.

- To understand how our website and Services are used, diagnose technical issues, improve performance and develop new features.
- To help detect and prevent fraud, misuse or other illegal activities and to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
- To keep business and accounting records, including for tax, audit and dispute-handling purposes.

- Law enforcement or authorities – where we are required to do so by law, court order or other legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, safety, or the rights, property and safety of others.
- Business transfers – if we sell or transfer part or all of our business or assets, information may be shared with the buyer or prospective buyer as part of that process.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run our website, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. Cookies may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
