2. Your Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using our website, placing an order, creating an account, or activating a “You Found Me!” tag, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in them (such as our Privacy / GDPR page and any returns policy we publish on the site).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or Services.
3. Additional Terms
From time to time, we may offer additional features or services (for example, new online tools, promotions or subscription plans). These may be subject to additional terms. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and any additional terms, the additional terms will take priority for that specific feature or service.

By using our Services and submitting personal information, you acknowledge that we will handle your data in line with our Privacy / GDPR information page and applicable data protection laws.
5. Eligibility
To use our Services you must:
- be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your place of residence; and
- have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and
- only use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use our Services.
6. User Accounts
To access certain parts of the Services (for example, to manage your pet profile), you may need to create an account and provide information such as your name, email address and/or phone number.
You agree that:
- You will provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You will notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or other security breach.
We may suspend, restrict or close your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or misused the Services.
7. Tag Service & Online Pet Profiles
Our “You Found Me!” tag service allows you to link a physical tag to an online pet profile. When someone scans the QR code or visits the unique URL on the tag, they can see information you choose to display about your pet and how to contact you.
By ordering or using a tag, you agree that:
- The tag and profile are intended solely to assist in reuniting lost pets with their owners and do not guarantee that your pet will be found or returned.
- You are responsible for securely attaching the tag to your pet’s collar or harness and ensuring your profile information (including contact details and any medical information) is accurate and kept up to date.
- The online profile is accessible to anyone who scans the tag or has the exact profile URL, as explained on our GDPR / Privacy page.
- We are not responsible for any incorrect, incomplete or outdated information you provide on the profile.
- Technical availability of the online profile depends on third-party networks, hosting providers and general internet connectivity, which may occasionally be interrupted or degraded.
8. Orders, Pricing & Payments
Prices for tags and any other products or services will be shown on our website or checkout pages. We may change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid.
When you place an order you confirm that:
- All information you provide (including shipping details and payment information) is accurate.
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
- Your chosen payment method has sufficient funds or credit available.
9. Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange dispatch of your tag and/or other products to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Any delivery times given are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details or issues with postal or courier services outside our direct control.
10. Returns & Refunds
Your rights to returns and refunds are set out in our separate returns / refund information, where provided, and in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where we offer a discretionary refund or replacement, this does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and Services (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and layout) is owned by or licensed to Brit Pet Care Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website and Services for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
12. Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not use the website or Services to:
- Create false or misleading pet profiles or contact details.
- Access or attempt to access another user’s account without permission.
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware or any harmful code.
- Scrape, harvest or otherwise collect information about other users without their consent.
- Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to bypass any security or access controls on the website or Services.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not give any guarantees or warranties (whether express or implied) that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will always successfully result in the recovery of a lost pet.
Any reliance you place on information made available through the Services (including pet profiles) is at your own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Subject to the above, we will not be liable for:
- any loss of profits, revenue, business or goodwill; or
- any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage,
arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
To the extent we are found liable to you, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services will be limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to us for the relevant Services in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £100.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, our Services or our business practices. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top.
